The staff were friendly and accommodating, even decorating the room for my birthday. the facilities and room were luxurious and stunning. the location was convenient, with easy access to popular areas like Central, Admiralty, Wan Chai, and Causeway Bay.

Had an awesome xmas break with fantastic complimentary activities such as a christmas carol concert and gingerbread house making. the hotel is situated in the heart of the bustling city, making it easy to access nearby attractions. the service staff were incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond to cater to my needs.

The breakfast selection was quite limited and the taste was not up to par. There was a lack of variety in their buffet section, which made the choices seem predictable and repetitive.

The Murray, Hong Kong, A Niccolo Hotel is a deluxe hotel located in an excellent area. There are numerous restaurants nearby, such as the China Club which is just a short 5-minute walk away. The deluxe room we stayed in had beautifully crafted designer furniture, which we really liked.

This hotel has everything you need for an exclusive and luxurious stay. Our room was modern and comfortable, with amazing views. the technological advancements were impressive, with an automatic curtain, soundbar, and a huge TV that allowed us to mirror our own device. the bathtub and heated toilet seat were perfect for the chilly weather.

The service was a bit slow, and we had to request bath salts for the bathtub, which is a small but important detail that would have made the experience even better.

Loved the chic rooftop bar with delicious food and cocktails. The wellness and fitness centers were so spacious and well-equipped, I felt pampered inside and out. The hotel truly embraces the city's beauty and diversity, inspiring guests to appreciate their home.

Not like I expected a hotel to have a perfect room ready on time, but waiting around and awkward small talk is just what I needed. And let's not forget the cracked lettering in the elevator, a true eyesore.
